Apple soon mobile operator ?

The last statement of Eddy Cue, Apple's vice president, stimulus rumors suggesting the entrance of the Californian giant in the market of virtual mobile operators.

In an interview with the British newspaper The Evening Standard, the vice president of Apple says it wants to address the additional costs involved in using a smartphone
abroad. These roaming charges, which can detonate a telephone bill, are a problem that Apple could pay by a very simple way: to become virtual operator (MVNO) and provide a voice and data package directly to its iPhone and iPad clients.

"We try to address this issue and we make some small progress, but we have to convince a lot of people," said Eddy Cue. It will actually rub mobile operators in many countries. A Herculean task, even for a company as powerful Apple.


There are a few weeks, the site Business Insider revealed that the company was testing a service building on existing mobile networks and that it had entered into negotiations with several
